Buti yoga is a high-intensity fusion of power yoga,  cardio-intensive tribal dance, strength and conditioning and deep abdominal toning through a signature spiral movement all within the framework

Jazzercise

5:00pm to 6:00pm
Campus Recreation

Jazzercise is a dance-based full-body workout, blending dance with Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, and strength training. Each class incorporates cardio and strength training, set to top 40 music.
