Buti Yoga is a high-intensity fusion of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, strength and conditioning, and deep abdominal toning through a signature spiral movement all within the framework of vinyasa flow. In Indian Marathi, buti means " the cure to something hidden or kept secret." This all-in-one workout tones and sculpts the entire body while listening to upbeat music. Buti creates a strong, empowered group that resembles a tribe that preaches self-love and self-care.
