Buti Yoga is a high-intensity fusion of yoga, cardio, strength and conditioning and deep abdominal toning through a signature spiral movement all within the framework of vinyasa flow.

Self-defense kickboxing classes can teach students techniques and skills to help them defend themselves in various situations.

Group Fitness Class: Yoga with Kim

Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. Relax your body with this much needed class for all.

Our cycling class provides a high-energy workout, an efficient way to burn calories, and an effective method to improve endurance, power, and strength.

Group Fitness Class: HIIT with Madisyn

High Intensity Interval Training incorporates several rounds of exercise that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate.
