Group Fitness Class: Self Defense Kickboxing with Jesse

Self-defense kickboxing classes can teach students techniques and skills to help them defend themselves in various situations.

5 Dec | Thursday
Group Fitness Class: Strength/Core with Madisyn

This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen, legs, arms, and back muscles.

Group Fitness Class: Stress Reduction with Doshia

Stress Reduction class includes gentle yoga stretches and stress reduction techniques students can use in their daily life to help reduce stress and anxiety, and improve mental and physical health.
